Silva Bay Resort and Marina is embarking on an ambitious multi-phase redevelopment project, with the first phase focusing on the construction of a new 3-storey hotel and restaurant. This redevelopment is designed to enhance the resort’s appeal while addressing several site-specific challenges. Key considerations include the installation of a modern septic system, ensuring adequate fire water supply, and the modification of the existing sea wall to accommodate the new facilities and meet environmental standards.
As the resort undergoes these improvements, careful planning is being implemented to balance the needs of the development with the unique demands of its coastal location. This project marks a significant step in the resort's evolution, promising an enhanced guest experience while respecting the surrounding natural landscape.
